Our client is a social housing subcontractor who carries out all aspects of repairs and maintenance, including voids, planned and disrepair works. Due to new contract wins, they are recruiting for Multi-skilled operatives to join their team on a temporary basis.

Job role:

  • You will be required to carry out repairs and maintenance work on voids or tenanted properties across the Merseyside area.

To be considered:

  • You must have an NVQ in plastering or joinery.
  • Be able to carry out other trades such as plumbing, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
  • Have your own tools and transport.
  • Be able to carry out a 40 hour week.
