Operating through multiple group functions, the business provides end‑to‑end capability from pre‑construction planning and PCSA support to full project delivery. The organisation continues to strengthen their delivery and project controls capability and seek a Built Environment Programmer with experience of facades who can bring structure, clarity and commercial intelligence to complex programmes spanning multiple group functions.

What you will undertake in this role:

  • Developing and managing detailed phased schedules using Microsoft Project and ASTA.
  • Sectors include Facades remediation, residential housing, high rise and social housing.
  • Leading programming activity across three group functions, ensuring alignment, accuracy and accountability.
  • Supporting PCSA processes with robust, data‑driven programme inputs.
  • Building cost and resource plans that give commercial teams confidence and clients transparency.
  • Identifying critical pathways, risks and dependencies before they impact delivery.
  • Driving cross‑group communication, ensuring all stakeholders understand programme intent and sequencing.
  • Allocating resources effectively to maximise productivity and programme certainty.
  • Ensuring all contracts are programmed to deliver and exceed customer expectations.
