Due to continued project wins, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, covering projects across the Northwest region.

Job Role

You will be responsible for managing live refurbishment sites across a variety of sectors, including:

  • Schools
  • Hospitals
  • Universities
  • Student accommodation

To be considered, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on live construction/refurbishment sites
  • Demonstrable experience delivering school refurbishments valued over £1m
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid (minimum requirement)
  • Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Working at Heights certifications
  • DBS (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel across the Northwest to manage multiple projects
