You will be responsible for managing live refurbishment sites across a variety of sectors, including:
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Universities
- Student accommodation
To be considered, you must have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on live construction/refurbishment sites
- Demonstrable experience delivering school refurbishments valued over £1m
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid (minimum requirement)
- Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Working at Heights certifications
- DBS (preferred)
- Willingness to travel across the Northwest to manage multiple projects
