As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of the company’s marketing plan for privately funded home renewable energy solutions. You will implement targeted marketing activity, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and evaluate their effectiveness to continually improve results. The Role
- Implement and deliver marketing campaigns for B2C renewable energy propositions (solar PV, battery storage, air source heat pumps).
- Execute brand awareness and lead generation activities, using data-driven insights to target key homeowner segments.
- Deliver online content across web, email, and social channels to support customer education and engagement.
- Work with the Leadership Team to align campaign activity with the agreed marketing strategy and business plan.
- Be customer-focused, creating engaging, results-driven campaigns from acquisition through to nurture and referral.
- Support referral mechanics, conversion optimisation, and SEO activity, with hands-on involvement in day-to-day execution.
- Monitor, track, and report campaign performance against KPIs, ensuring continual ROI and performance improvement.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform content and campaign refinement.
- Support the creation of sales collateral, PR, and promotional materials as required.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience across website content, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and sales collateral.
- Extensive marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in renewable energy, home improvements, or a similar consumer sector.
- Strong evidence of having developed and implemented effective customer-focused campaign activity.
- Commercial awareness and ability to track ROI.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and to budget.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious in nature and keen to understand the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ and ‘how’.
- Organised, accountable and driven - self-motivated and not need (or want) to be micro-managed.
- Direct experience in B2C marketing within renewable energy or a related consumer-led sector is highly desirable.
