The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance contractor for
2 experienced Electricians to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of social housing properties , carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance, repairs and installation works. The successful candidates will be provided with a company van and fuel card , allowing them to travel between sites efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation works within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
- Complete testing and inspection where required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working within residents' homes.
- Accurately complete job reports and associated paperwork.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- ECS/CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is desirable.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
