We are currently recruiting for a skilled Joiner to join our maintenance/planned works team across social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a full range of joinery repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
- Install and repair doors, door frames, skirting, kitchens, flooring, and other timber-based fixtures
- Support planned and responsive maintenance works across the housing stock
- Ensure all work meets health and safety and regulatory standards
- Accurately record job details and complete paperwork or digital logs using a PDA or mobile system
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in domestic joinery, ideally within social housing or similar environments
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS desirable
