We are currently recruiting for a skilled Joiner to join our maintenance/planned works team across social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a full range of joinery repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
  • Install and repair doors, door frames, skirting, kitchens, flooring, and other timber-based fixtures
  • Support planned and responsive maintenance works across the housing stock
  • Ensure all work meets health and safety and regulatory standards
  • Accurately record job details and complete paperwork or digital logs using a PDA or mobile system

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in domestic joinery, ideally within social housing or similar environments
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS desirable
