We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor delivering responsive repairs, planned works, refurbishments and voids services across the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a specialist operational support team working across high-priority contracts in London and the South East. This is a fast-paced role suited to an experienced repairs professional who can adapt quickly to different contracts, systems and operational environments while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity and customer service.

The Role

The Repairs Supervisor will provide on-site and operational support across reactive maintenance contracts, helping to improve performance, quality and service delivery. You'll work closely with operatives, subcontractors, planners, supervisors and client teams, ensuring repairs are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
