We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids services across the UK. Our client is looking for several experienced and versatile Multi Traders to join their team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in the Dudley area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader who can work across a range of trades and is confident working within occupied properties while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
  • Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
  • Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations.
  • Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs where required.
  • Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties.
  • Diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs.
  • Work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Ensure all work meets Health & Safety, quality and customer service standards.
  • Maintain a professional approach when working in residents' homes.

About You

  • Strong multi-trade experience across a range of maintenance disciplines.
  • Competent in carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering and general building repairs.
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in tenanted properties.
  • Familiar with PDA/mobile work management systems.
  • Additional trade qualifications are advantageous.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.

Requirements

  • NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum in a relevant trade.
  • Clean, valid UK Driving Licence.
  • DBS check, or willingness to undertake one.
  • Eligible to work in the UK with proof of eligibility required.
