The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the North West. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, maintaining quality, safety, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects across residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Lead and support site teams, including Project Managers and Site Managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
