Our client is one of the largest property services companies based in Merseyside. They specialise in Property Maintenance, Construction & Refurbishment, Adapted Living, and Facilities Management.
Due to seasonal change, they are recruiting for a number of Ground Space Operatives for the Merseyside area.
Job Role: Landscape maintenance of Housing Association green spaces around and within Merseyside. Operatives will be undertaking grass cutting/strimming, flower bed maintenance, herbicide application, and litter picking.
To be considered:
- Experience with garden maintenance is required
- CSCS card desirable
- Driving licence is desirable
- Lantra/NPTC competence in any land-based machinery (i.e. strimmer, ride on mower, PA1/PA6) would be an advantage
