A unique opportunity for a Property Manager to join a commercial property consultant in Central London.

The Company

The Property Manager will join a consultancy in London which provides an advisory service to all Landlords and Tenant in bespoke commercial properties.

Most of their advice points towards rent reviews and valuations, lease renewals and surrenders as well as break options.

The Property Manager

The Property Manager will be expected to:

  • Negotiate rent and lease renewals

  • Prepare service charge budgets

  • Collect rent

  • Code invoices

  • Health and safety/ fire risk assessment reports

  • Attend meetings with landlords and maintain relationships

  • Manage porters/concierge

The successful Property Manager will have strong knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act as well as:

  • Commitment to obtaining MRICS (essential)

  • 1 + years’ experience in Property Management

  • Residential or Commercial experience

  • Proactive attitude

  • Client facing experience (beneficial)

  • £25,000 – £30,000 (dependant on experience)

  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • APC support

  • Pension

  • Extensive career progression
