Interim Building Surveyor – Planned Works
For this role the successful candidate will be required too:

Oversee planned works/capital investment schemes carried out by principal contractors on behalf of the HA.

Be able to contract administer these works from inception to completion, including: carrying out scoping surveys, drawing up schedule of works, monitoring contractors on site, signing off completed works before handover to end stakeholder

Be responsible for budget management on capital works schemes on a weekly and monthly basis, updating records on asset management software and in house spreadsheets
minimum 3 years experience of working as a building surveyor on social housing maintenance schemes
