We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our clients dynamic team. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the cost aspects of mechanical and electrical projects, from inception to completion. You will ensure that all projects are completed within budget, on time, and in accordance with client requirements. If you are a Junior/Assistant surveyor, training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed M&E cost estimates and budgets for various projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis, cost planning, and cost management of M&E systems and services.
  • Monitor and manage the financial aspects of M&E projects, ensuring costs are controlled and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit tender documentation and support the procurement process.
  • Advise on project cost, financial status, and potential risks.
  • Assist in the preparation of valuations and final accounts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and attend site meetings to ensure project progress is on track.
  • Prepare and review contractual documents and identify any potential issues.
