Architectural Metalwork

Architectural Metalwork SSSTS Working Supervisors wanted in London.

Working for an architectural metalwork firm, you are required to oversee a number of men on projects involving the installation of:

1. Balustrades/ handrails/ wallrails
2. Staircases
3. Panelling
4. Floor Grills
5. Wind Posts
6. Risers (Internal & External)
7. Smoke Screens
8. General metalwork.

You must be able to read and correctly interpret GA drawings, attend meetings when necessary, and assist fitters when needed.

You must have a keen eye for detail and be conscientious in carrying out QA duties.

A cooperative personality is essential, as is the ability to work in a multicultural team.

All applicants must have the following:

1. Skilled CSCS Card (Blue, Gold minimum)
2. SSSTS/ SMSTS
3. IPAF
4. First Aid
5. Essential 2 years supervision experience with at least 5 years\’ experience in metalwork

We are looking for those with strong communication and presentation skills as client interfacing will be required.
