Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required for an East London Main Contractor on a 10 year framework. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working amongst an experienced commercial team, working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor who is able to work autonomously and manage jobs through to practical completion with no serious guidance needed. A Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing Social Housing Refurbishment schemes for main contractors from pre-construction through to final account would be ideal but not essential. Workstreams include external refurbishments and upgrades, FRA systems, Decarbonisation. Projects are situated around the North London area.

The Quantity Surveyor will be based out of the East London office.
