Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor required for a reputable London Main Contractor. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on School and Social Housing Refurbishment projects in Borough of Croydon. Quantity Surveyors will be joining an experienced commercial team, working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor who is able to work autonomously and manage jobs through to practical completion with no serious guidance needed. A Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing Social Housing Refurbishment schemes for main contractors from pre-construction through to final account would be ideal but not essential. Workstreams include School Refurbishments, Social Housing external refurbishments and upgrades, FRA systems, Decarbonisation. Projects are situated around the Croydon Borough. .
The Quantity Surveyor will be based out of the Croydon office.
