Lead Estimator with Civils/Enabling works experience required for an established Central London Contractor. The successful Estimator will be working with a high performing pre-construction and bid team, estimating projects in zones 1 & 2 in London.
Estimators will need to have experience of enabling works, subterranean construction, steel frame, façade retention, RC Frame, Demolition and other packages related to enabling works. Estimators with strong Civils experience in the area of Central London projects are desirable. Estimators will be working closely with the Preconstruction Director.
The Estimator will be working from the Charing Cross head office.

- Strong background in pricing for projects in Zones 1 & 2
- Solid background delivering for sector leading brands
£95,000 - £105,000 (Possibly negotiate higher for right candidate). PAYE Perm salaries also available. Negotiable package for the right candidate.
