Quantity Surveyor/Estimator required for an established Enabling Works Contractor. Quantity Surveyors will be involved in delivering complex Steelwork projects in the City of London. This role reports to the Steelwork Director & Commercial Director. Ideally, Quantity Surveyors will have a strong background in Steelwork, including pricing and take-offs. Quantity Surveyors will be based out of the Central London Head Office.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years Quantity Surveying/Estimating experience
- Open to experienced Quantity Surveyors with 15+ years industry experience
- Experience with Steelwork essential
Experience:
- Ideally experience with structural steel
- Strong background in RC Frame, Demolition, Basements, Temporary Works, Cut & Carve
- Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Proactive, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
- £60,000 - £70,000
- Open to negotiation for the right candidate
