About the Company This company is a well established commercial builder who have become a leader within their field delivering specialist commercial projects ranging from £1m up to £30m. The projects are varied & engaging and the business has developed a real reputation for quality. Through this they have made strong relationships with a blue chip client list with the majority of work secured by way of repeat business, providing a stable and consistent pipeline. Due to planned growth they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Glasgow. The role will include Full commercial management of projects up to £30 million Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting Procurement and management of subcontractor packages Valuations, variations and final accounts Working closely with site and project teams to drive commercial performance Reporting into senior commercial management About you Proven experience within general contracting across a range of projects Degree in Quantity Surveying/Equivalent Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Whats on offer Salary up to circa £65,000 depending on experience Generous bonus scheme Secure pipeline of work Opportunity to work on varied projects Supportive and well structured commercial team This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, to join a reputable contractor delivering high profile projects.
