My client is a leading construction firm with a large variety of projects currently on the go. Committed to delivering high-quality construction services with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation. Due to new projects being awarded they are now looking for an additional Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: ·Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. ·Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans. ·Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams. ·Ensure projects comply with all safety, legal, and quality standards. ·Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. ·Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders. ·Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. ·Oversee procurement and ensure cost-effective use of resources. ·Mitigate project risks and resolve potential conflicts. Requirements: ·Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, specifically on Design and Build, new build and refurbishment projects. ·Hold a professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. ·Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. ·Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. ·Proficiency in project management software and tools. ·Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents. ·Strong communication and negotiation skills.
