Role Overview: We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Pre Market Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative and pre-market support for property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and manage the enquiries inbox, including booking valuations, viewings, and handling general enquiries.
  • Generate referral leads for services such as valuations, financial advising, conveyancing, and Gilson Gray Financial Management (GGFM), with incentives tied to targets.
  • Maintain and update systems, particularly BDP.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Manage diary schedules and arrange appointments for the team and clients.
  • Pre-Market Assistance:
    • Coordinate the pre-market process, including scheduling property valuations, reports, and photography.
    • Communicate with clients to ensure all required documentation is in place before listing properties.
    • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, floorplans, and home reports.
    • Complete Anti-Money Laundering checks before listing properties.
    • Upload property listings and prepare them for marketing.
    • Serve as the point of contact for clients during the pre-marketing phase, providing updates.
    • Collaborate with the Pre-Market Manager to ensure timely property marketing.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in property or real estate (not essential).
    • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of property market practices or pre-market procedures is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
    • Experience managing multiple tasks or projects with tight deadlines.
