Labourer/Vehicle Marshal Required
Location: Inverness
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Approximately 18 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 41 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Vehicle Marshal for an immediate start on a long-term construction project in Inverness. This is a predominantly site labouring role with occasional traffic marshal duties as required to support site operations and ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian movement.
Key Responsibilities- General site labouring duties including site setup, material movement, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting trades and site management as required
- Supporting deliveries and managing vehicle movements on site when required
- Carrying out traffic marshal / banksman duties in line with site safety procedures
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Valid Banksman, Traffic Marshal, or Plant & Vehicle Marshal qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in a construction site environment
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Immediate start
- Long-term work (approx. 18 months)
- Consistent Monday-Friday hours
- Competitive rates (dependent on experience)
