The role will include:
- Full commercial management of projects up to £30 million
- Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Valuations, variations and final accounts
- Working closely with site and project teams to drive commercial performance
- Reporting into senior commercial management
About you:
- Proven experience within general contracting across a range of projects
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Equivalent
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
