C&P is recruiting for an experienced commercial manager to join our client, a nationwide housebuilder with a strong presence north of the border. The business in question is well known for the quality of their product, routinely delivering highly sought-after developments across Scotland. With an established presence in Aberdeenshire, our client has a close knit team which pulls together towards continued high performance.
As the commercial manager you will play a major role in driving the business forward, managing all commercial and contractual matters for the region while taking responsibility for profitability. You will be comfortable working at all stages of a site's lifecycle, and will have demonstrable experience at the pre-development stage.
