We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance & Repairs Roofer to join our team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will manage and carry out a structured schedule of pre-arranged repair and maintenance work across domestic properties throughout the Aberdeenshire region. A company van is fully provided for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Repair Work: Deliver high-quality roofing repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.
- Manage Schedules: Efficiently navigate and complete your pre-arranged daily itinerary of jobs.
- Digital Logging: Use and navigate a hand-held digital tablet to update job statuses, track materials, and log completions.
- Customer Service: Act as a professional face of the company when visiting residents' homes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must be a time-served roofer or possess 2+ years of experience in a similar reactive maintenance or roofing repairs role.
- Licence: A valid, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and navigating a mobile tablet for daily scheduling.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, punctuality, and high standards of workmanship.
