Full job description:
My client is looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their friendly, fast paced team. Day-to-day duties include:
- Liaise with internal departments and contractors on all maintenance matters
- Raising job orders to contractors to attend to maintenance issues
- Following up estimate requests to ensure estimates are provided by contractors within set timescales
- Reviewing estimates provided by contractors and liaising with internal departments to progress these repairs
- Drafting & issuing communication to homeowners with details of repairs required and following up to instruction of works
- Ensuring all follow up action is done in accordance with internal procedures that meet our Service Level Agreement
Full training and support will be provided. Ideally, candidates should have similar experience in a repairs role, however, we will consider candidates with similar transferrable skills. All candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and organisational skills.
This is a permanent post working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Excellent Salary and Annual Leave Package.
Additional pay: Bonus scheme, Yearly bonus
