We\’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and well-presented Property Viewer to join our team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with great people skills, a keen interest in property, and the desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants and buyers Represent the company professionally at all times Answer basic property-related questions and gather feedback after viewings Ensure properties are presented in good condition before viewings Coordinate with the lettings or sales team to schedule appointments Report any maintenance or presentation issues spotted during visits Occasionally assist with property check-ins or inventories What We\’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, punctual, and well-organised Professional appearance and manner Self-motivated and comfortable working independently A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential) Good knowledge of Edinburgh (desirable but not essential) What You\’ll Get Full training provided no previous property experience needed Opportunity to progress into lettings or property management Supportive team environment with ongoing development Mileage allowance for property visits Exposure to a wide range of properties and clients across Edinburgh
