My client is looking for an experienced Administrator with Reception Skills to join their friendly, professional, and fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the administrative functions of the business.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Acting as the front-of-house contact, welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing the reception area to ensure a well-presented and welcoming environment
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier bookings
- Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers when required
- Providing administrative support to internal departments, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Booking appointments and coordinating meeting room usage
- Assisting with general enquiries and directing clients to the appropriate team
- Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or office administrator role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
