Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a labourer in Woodstock for our ongoing residential project.

Location: Woodstock

Temporary Pay Rate: £15.50 - £16.55 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Woodstock. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
  • Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and wearing full PPE at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots).
  • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic (references may be requested).
  • Previous experience on a residential new-build site.
  • Reliable transportation to reach the site.
