As a Resource Coordinator, you will manage the complex daily scheduling of our offshore technicians, vessel deployments, and specialised tooling. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will balance project timelines, weather constraints, and safety regulations to optimize our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily and long-term rosters for offshore technicians, ensuring compliance with working hour directives, fatigue management guidelines, and project demands.
- Coordinate the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), and helicopters in alignment with daily execution plans.
- Ensure all offshore personnel hold valid, mandatory certifications (e.g., GWO, HUET, medicals) before deployment.
- Liaison with third-party agencies to secure supplementary technical labor and specialized equipment as needed.
- Adapt schedules swiftly in response to changing weather windows, asset breakdowns, or operational emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP/Resource Management systems to support payroll, invoicing, and KPI tracking.
About You
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in resource coordination, crew planning, or logistics management.
- Experience in offshore wind, oil & gas, maritime, or aviation industries is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with workforce management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with marine logistics, offshore safety standards, and working time regulations is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset when handling unexpected changes.
