Are you a certified and experienced Telehandler Driver available for an immediate short-term contract? We require a reliable operator for a busy commercial construction project located right in Bradford City Centre.
The Role:
You will be essential in managing the logistics and material demands of a high-profile commercial build in a constrained city centre environment.
- Safe operation of the Telehandler, transporting and positioning large volumes of materials (e.g., steel, timber, plant) across the site.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles promptly and securely, managing incoming and outgoing site traffic.
- Performing mandatory daily pre-start safety checks on the machine and reporting any faults immediately.
- Working closely with the Site Management team to adhere to strict delivery and lifting schedules in a busy urban area.
- Strict adherence to all site Health & Safety guidelines and lifting procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid CPCS or NPORS telehandler certification is mandatory.
- A valid CSCS Card is essential for site access.
- Proven experience operating a Telescopic Handler on a commercial or city centre site, where space management is critical.
- High level of reliability and punctuality for the specified contract duration.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must supply and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
