The Role

  • Carry out plastering, taping and jointing work to a professional finish.
  • Prepare surfaces by removing old materials, cleaning, and applying base coats.
  • Mix and apply plaster or compound materials as required.
  • Sand and finish joints to a smooth, paint-ready standard.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with health & safety procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team or independently to meet deadlines.
