The Role
- Carry out plastering, taping and jointing work to a professional finish.
- Prepare surfaces by removing old materials, cleaning, and applying base coats.
- Mix and apply plaster or compound materials as required.
- Sand and finish joints to a smooth, paint-ready standard.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team or independently to meet deadlines.
