About the Team

We are the frontline team responsible for keeping the communal spaces where our customers live clean, safe, and tidy. Our patch is varied and dynamic, covering market rent, shared ownership, and independent living retirement communities. Alongside standard cleaning, our wider division manages communal window cleaning and runs a dedicated estate team that tackles bulk waste, fly-tipping, and hazardous material removal. We take immense pride in our estates, and we are now looking for a dedicated Communal Cleaner to join our busy team and keep our service second to none!

About the Role

As a Mobile Communal Cleaner, you will be the face of our estate services. Following a structured regional rota, you will drive from site to site to ensure all communal blocks, corridors, and shared facilities are cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. Because we rely on modern estate management practices, you will also use handheld technology (such as a company mobile or tablet) to document your daily work, fill in brief completion forms, and take photos of your sparkling results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel across a localized patch around Slough, visiting multiple residential sites and independent living communities daily.
  • Carry out thorough cleaning duties within communal areas (including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and shared facilities) to a very high standard.
  • Work independently and follow a structured daily and weekly cleaning rota.
  • Use digital devices to accurately log your work, upload before-and-after photos, and report any estate maintenance issues.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful presence on-site for our residents.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Driving Licence: Essential. You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence to travel efficiently between our different estates.
  • Experience & Passion: Previous experience in commercial, estate, or domestic mobile cleaning is highly advantageous, but a genuine passion for cleaning and doing a great job is what matters most.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using standard mobile applications or tablets to log your daily work and photos.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, professional, and friendly with an excellent eye for detail.

What's on Offer?

  • A competitive permanent salary of £28,000 per annum.
  • Company van is provided, with Fuel card.
  • Fully provided uniform and high-quality PPE.
  • Generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.
  • A stable, supportive team environment with a business that genuinely looks after its frontline staff.
