Are you a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering quality highways projects? Randstad is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team working in Norfolk. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure upgrade that will improve traffic flow and safety in the region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the Team: You'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of skilled laborers on site, ensuring efficient and safe execution of works.
  • Quality Control: You'll play a crucial role in implementing and upholding quality control measures, ensuring all work meets project specifications and safety standards.

  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, capable of identifying and addressing challenges on site.
  • CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is essential.
