Site Manager (Water Treatment / ECI Phase) Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire Contract Rate: £400 - £450 per day (LTD / Outside IR35) IR35 Status: Outside IR35 (Confirmed Determination) Duration: Long-Term Contract (AMP8 Framework) Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major delivery contractor leading Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and initial site preparation works on a key Water Treatment Works (WTW) facility in Waterlooville, Hampshire. This long-term, Outside IR35 contract offers excellent project longevity as it moves from ECI, site investigations, and constructability planning into full site execution under the AMP8 investment cycle. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage front-line site operations, early works packages, ground investigations, trial holes, site setup, and subcontractor logistics while interfacing with live operational site teams.
