Are you a highly skilled Shuttering Joiner with extensive experience in Heavy Civil Engineering and complex Formwork? We have an immediate opportunity for a dedicated and safety-conscious tradesperson to join our team on a significant, long-term project.

The Role:
We are looking for an expert Shuttering Joiner to lead and execute all temporary works relating to concrete structures. Your work will be critical to the successful completion of major civil engineering elements.
Experience Required:
-
Proven, substantial experience as a Shuttering Joiner within Heavy Civil Engineering environments (e.g., major infrastructure, bridges, retaining walls, basement structures).

Expert-level skills in all aspects of Formwork, including:
-
Constructing complex bespoke forms (timber and system).
-
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications.

Setting out and ensuring precise levels and plumb.
-
Working with various proprietary systems (e.g., Peri, Doka, RMD).

Basic knowledge of steel fixing is a significant advantage.

A strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card (essential).

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on large-scale sites.

Relevant experience must be verifiable.

Must have own PPE and standard tools of the trade.
