The predicted salary is between 62400 - 67200 € per year.

Location: Nationwide (Immediate requirements all over the UK)

Rate: £260 per day (Limited company, including mileage) OR £240 per day + mileage (Umbrella), plus other expenses for both options

IR35 Determination: Outside of scope

Contract Length: Long-term, ongoing

Working Days: Monday to Friday (However, we positively welcome applications from candidates who can offer a minimum of 3 days per week)

We are partnering with the UK's leading light in the world of compliance, health and safety to find dedicated professionals for a major national rollout. They have immediate requirements for surveyors all over the UK to cover an extensive portfolio of long-term housing contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting asbestos surveys on residential housing properties within your designated region.
  • Accurately taking samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs).
  • Managing your own workload independently on a weekly basis to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensuring the timely submission of survey reports and samples.

About You

You must be a BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualified asbestos surveyor. A proven track record of post-qualification experience as an asbestos surveyor is strictly required. This will be a fully independent and autonomous role, therefore you need to be highly experienced in working under your own initiative and must be confident in executing your own work schedules. You must provide your own reliable transportation, survey toolkit, and essential PPE, including a half-mask with a recent face-fit certificate.
