Senior Site Manager – Construction

Location: Torquay

Company: Leading Main Contractor

Package: £60,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance + Private Pension

Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager? Do you have a passion for the projects you work on? Do you have experience working on large-scale construction projects such as Student Accommodations, Hospitals, etc.? Do you want to be part of a great organization that truly cares about its employees? Want to be recognized as an individual and not just a number? This company is currently experiencing high workload and is in a growth phase, looking to expand.

Responsibilities

1. Liaising with clients
2. Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
3. Conducting quality and safety inspections
4. Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings
5. Maintaining quality control checks
6. Motivating the workforce
7. Day-to-day problem solving and addressing issues that arise
8. Using specialist project management software
9. Working on-site in all weather conditions, at clients\’ premises, or in a site office

Requirements

• SMSTS / SSSTS certification
• First Aid certification
• Fire Marshal qualification
• Full UK Driving Licence
