We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of complex civil engineering and access road works.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major reinforcement project, where your expertise will directly contribute to long-term community connectivity and sustainable development.

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end procurement and construction delivery for civil engineering infrastructure and access road works.

Coordinate design outputs and integrate these seamlessly with heavy power infrastructure and cabling projects.

Mentor and empower project teams, fostering a culture of zero defects, precise project control, and continuous improvement.

Develop robust construction methodologies, SSHEQ procedures, and project programmes to ensure operational excellence.

Manage resource mobilisation including labour, subcontractors, and materials to deliver cost-effective and high-quality results.

Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual challenges, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications Civil Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC/Degree level).

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a focus on linear transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Valid Manager's CSCS card.

Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams within complex, fast-paced construction environments.

Strong commitment to safety, environmental standards, and quality management.
