Pay Rate: £13.79/hr + 25% Shift Allowance (Equivalent to £27,027/yr)
Shift Pattern: Rotating Early (06:00-14:00), Back (14:00-22:00), and Night (22:00-06:00) shifts (Mon-Fri / Sun-Fri)
Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract (Possibility to extend)

About the Role
Are you a process-driven individual with experience in a regulated manufacturing or GMP environment? We are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Technician I to join a global life sciences facility in Paisley. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining bottle availability, inventory, equipment cleaning, and workplace organization to support active production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Bottle & Inventory Management: Order, manage, and prioritize bottle availability and consumables at the point of use to avoid production bottlenecks.
- Equipment Cleaning & Preparation: Clean equipment (including operating Lancer washers) and production areas in line with strict SOPs and GMP standards.
- 5S & Housekeeping: Maintain clean, safe, and highly organized work areas using 5S principles.
- Quality & Safety: Follow gowning procedures, complete precise batch/cleaning documentation contemporaneously, and adhere strictly to site Health & Safety guidelines.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- 1+ year of experience working within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Experience with inventory management or equipment cleaning/sanitization is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail, team-player mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to commute reliably to Paisley (PA4 9RE) for rotating shift patterns.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
