Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders.
- Manage project budgets and track costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and financial forecasts.
