The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a high-profile development in central Cardiff. The project is currently transitioning from external envelope completion to major internal fit-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations for both internal trades and external facade works.
- Ensure all subcontractors adhere to the project programme and H&S standards.
- Conduct site inductions, tool-box talks, and manage daily site diaries.
- Monitor quality control for internal finishes and external structural integrity.
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, and First Aid at Work.
- Proven experience in mid-to-high rise residential or commercial developments.
- Strong background in managing both internal fit-out and external envelope packages.
- Must be available to start immediately.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
