Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
About the Role:
- Carrying out a range of plumbing duties within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests.
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, burst pipes).
- Installing and repairing sanitary ware.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents.
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Proven experience working as a Plumber within a social housing or domestic setting.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
