About the Role:

  • Carrying out a range of plumbing duties within occupied and void social housing properties.
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests.
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, burst pipes).
  • Installing and repairing sanitary ware.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents.

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Proven experience working as a Plumber within a social housing or domestic setting.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
