Maintenance Labourer in Pennington

Job Title: Maintenance Labourer

Location: Lymington

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a reliable maintenance labourer to join a team in Lymington, Hampshire. As a labourer, you will be responsible for working alongside the trades team and clearing properties on a day to day basis

This is not a building site so a CSCS card is not required

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting trade staff with maintenance & repair work across their operating area.
• Working for a large maintenance contractor
• Clearence work of void properties
• External repairs
• Vehicle supplied for internal material runs between depots

Requirements

• Hold a valid driving licence
• Comptent to drive a flat bed van
• You must have full PPE
• 40 hours a week
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
