A large national Property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to be based at a large mobile site in and around the area of Walthamstow. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working.
Position: Permanent, Full time. Mobile role. Salary: £38,000 + company van and fuel card, benefits
Responsibilities:
- Join our responsive maintenance team supporting social housing properties in the Walthamstow area.
- Multi Trade experience - groundworks, plumbing, plastering, general maintenance etc.
- You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties. The work will be varied and may include: Groundworks, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry, Joinery.
- You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
Required Skills:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognized trade.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Ability to work safely and comply with health & safety regulations.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
Certifications:
- NVQ Level 2
- CSCS card
- City & Guilds
You must have your own tools and hold a valid full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
