The Role: Are you a reliable and hardworking labourer looking for a new role in Northumberland? We are currently seeking a labourer for a busy, high-quality new build housing development in Morpeth. You will play a key part in the site team, balancing general site maintenance with specific assistance for the flooring and boarding teams.
Preboarding Support: Assisting with the preparation of floors and surfaces prior to boarding, ensuring areas are clear, level, and ready for trades.
Material Movement: Safely transporting plasterboard, flooring materials, and timber to the correct plots.
Site Tidiness: Ensuring that plots are swept and clear of debris both before and after trades have finished their work.
