I have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be Lead QS on a £16.5m new build residential project in South London, one of three projects for the client, a London local authority.
The role will also involve some oversight of two other local projects on the framework, valued at £9.5m and £12m respectively. These jobs will have their own Project QSs running them.
The role is site-based in South London and will involve the full Surveying function:
- Procurement
- Cost reporting / CVRs
- Payments
- Variations
- Valuations
- Final accounts
The project is starting on site imminently so this is an urgent requirement!
