The Role: We are on the lookout for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience working on ventilation systems, pumps, motors, and fans. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, helping to keep the building's mechanical systems running smoothly and safely.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive works on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, motors, and ventilation systems.
- Fault-finding and minor mechanical repairs.
- Assisting with system upgrades and replacements when needed.
- Keeping logs and documentation up to date.
- Working with a collaborative engineering team across a dynamic site.
Requirements:
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance (pumps, fans, motors, ventilation).
- Experience in commercial environments (retail, hospitality, or similar).
- Must be reliable and committed - no job-hoppers, please.
- Must pass a DBS check.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
