An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Plumber/Mechanical Engineer in Worcester. You will join the Static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out in all commercial sites.

This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hour week. In return you will receive:

  • Salary up to £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
  • Mobile role - Van and Fuel card
  • Monday to Friday - flexible hours
  • Overtime available
  • 23 + 8 days' holidays

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in plumbing or pipe fitting and Mechanical qualifications
  • Unventing qualifications needed
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.
  • Basic plumbing, working with air handling units and heating and hot water.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or Equivalent
  • Unventing and isolating pipe work
  • Health and safety risks
  • Critical plumbing duties
  • Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW, Ventilation Systems
  • Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
  • Worked on Steam Systems
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Water temperature checks
  • Fire alarm testing
