We are recruiting reliable, hardworking Car Drivers to join our busy compound team based in Marchwood. This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity, offering a direct pathway to secure a long-term, permanent contract with an industry-leading business. What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Driving & Maneuvering: Safely moving, navigating, and precision-parking a wide variety of brand-new vehicles within a secure compound.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Scanning barcodes on vehicle arrival and conducting quick visual quality checks to record condition.
  • Team Operations: Collaborating with the wider yard team to meet daily targets and supporting other compound departments during busy periods.
  • Compound Maintenance: Working outdoors to keep the site organized, safe, and operating smoothly.

What We Need from You

  • Valid UK Driving Licence: Essential for insurance purposes (maximum 6 points, no major endorsements).
  • Driving Confidence: Comfortable handling a range of vehicle types, sizes, and transmissions (both manual and automatic) with precise parking skills.
  • All-Weather Resilience: Happy working outdoors in all weather conditions and standing/walking throughout your shift.
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, excellent punctuality, and a careful, responsible attitude toward vehicle handling.
